Pack 1818 Advancement Form

Fill out this form to request  rank advancement, belt loops, pins, or any other type of recognition for your scout. 

Form must be filled out and submitted ONE WEEK in advance of any pack meeting in order to ensure recognition at that pack meeting. We will try to accomodate forms which are submitted late, but we can not promise we will be able to get the award in time. Also - please note that sometimes the scout shop does not have all awards in stock - this is not in our control. We will still recognize your scout's achievement, but might not have an actual award to present to them.
